Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 provides individuals with the right of access to all recorded information a Scottish public authority holds.

SWestrans has chosen to adopt the Model Publication Scheme 2013 by the Scottish Information Commissioner, which acts as a high level commitment to make all published information routinely available and easily accessible in all formats.
